Well why should i keep the 1st partition unallocated? I always though that I need to make a new partition from it all my friends told me that and some other people I asked.. :SS

BTW: Should i format both partitions ( I made 2 partitions )

I am having a problem isntalling windows 7 64 bit . I did everything . It restarts once before completing installation and after that it gave the blue screen and an error on it that windows needs to restart or something. It just can not finish the installation idk why . Everything is ok but idk...

Yea, I know that . I've already made the dvd and I am just waiting to get my ram tomorrow and upgrade to 64 :P Thx for the help. That's all I wanted to know :)

Hello. Tomorrow I want to uninstall windows XP and install windows 7 64 bit. My question is . When I go to the partitions I have to delete all of them and have the huge one 500 GB then I should format the 500 GB or first split it to 2 different partitions ( because I want to have C and D )...
