You're on the right path. After clicking [accessories] you should see [system tools] right near the bottom of the submenu. It has been there all the time.
Not BITS but the service named Windows Update, down the list. Right click on it then click Properties. Make sure the Startup Type is Automatic (Delayed Start). If the service is not running then click Start. That should do it.
Why not install it on another machine? Use the 7057 only without internet connection in order to prevent auto feedback reaching redmond. You can enjoy the best of both worlds and have your cake and eat it too. Cheers.
