I've updated all my drivers from Gigabyte. I am uploading my latest driver list file. I've installed a couple extra utilities. I am using a tool called windiff (compare it), to see the difference between my first driver list file and my latest driver list file. Lets see if the BSOD comes back...- Peter Tsieh

Removed -> GIGABYTE On/Off Charge driver Used -> Link Removed to uninstall graphic driver Downloaded 14.4 AMD driver for my Sapphire 290 Vapor-X card. Did custom install and skipped AMD Gaming Evolved app powered by Raptr. Removed AVG PC Tuning program, but left AVG Anti Virus. Will wait and...- Peter Tsieh

Hello, I saw the youtube video on how to submit a ticket and dump file for review. I tried to install windbg but it failed every time.
