Side note, I use the realtek high definition speakers, but they are actually my headphones.

So I was going to go into my enhance my bass just a little bit and for some reason, my screen looks different from all of the people on youtube's screen. I will link an attachment to the image. I am running windows 8.1 so not sure if that affects it at all.

I tried to change the drive letter because it wont appear, but it didnt work. I have tried the CMD method with the volumes but the volume did not show up. All I know is that its a G-Technology hard drive. I tried formatting it to NTFS but that wont work. Basically I tried everything and nothing...

so I did that, but the disk1 is not coming up. It has 933 GB of storage and it wont show up in cmd.

Yeah Disk1 is it. I unplugged and put it back in at it was disk1. It still wont let me change anything. @Saltgrass

I tried but for some reason it is blacked out, it wont let me click it.

So I bought an external hard drive because you never know when your computer may need to reset. So I plugged it in and it did not come up. I went into disk management and I dont know what to do from there on out.. I posted an attachment so you can see.

I'm just really sad. I'll research the bios and I'm not buying a new comp

I've given up at this point. Do you know how to wipe it while it's doing this?

1. It's a Lenovo. I do not know the exact specifics I just know I bought it at Christmas so it's brand new. 2. It is windows 8.1 3. It came pre-installed. 4. I did not do those things. Additional info: I have firewalls and such running so it's not a virus.
