So I have been trying to narrow down which RAM stick is the problem so I don't have to try to send back both sticks and be left with no functioning computer for a week or two while they get replaced. I have been trying to run my computer on each stick of RAM separately to further determine if...
Here are my results so far. I have 2 RAM sticks (A and B) and four RAM slots on my motherboard (1-4). RAM A in slot 1 + RAM B in slot 3 = error RAM A in slot 1 = no error RAM B in slot 1 = no error RAM B in slot 3 = no error RAM A in slot 3 = error This test has so far been somewhat...
MemtestCL said I had no errors during the run. MemtestG80 ran then autoquit, but did not display any errors. I assume this is also fine even though it did not show a final screen confirming there were no problems. I will run the Memory diagnostic test overnight tonight.
I just got a BSOD on the Prime95 test after about 2 hours of running. The BSOD error is listed on bluescreenview as "Kmode exception not handled" caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe (bug check code 0x0000001e). I had no games or anything running while performing this test. Was watching a youtube...
Thanks again for the quick reply. I just ran the first of the tests, the FurMark video card test. I let it run with an alarm for 90C. The temperature peaked at 89C and there was no error after 18 minutes running at 1920x1080 resolution. I will post back with future results as some of the...

I updated the driver and unplugged the xbox controller as suggested. I did not get any BSOD for a long time, so I did not bother cleaning and reseating the video card yet. Last night, I was playing a video game, which I play very frequently on this machine, and the game BSOD. Every time I...
Thanks for the quick reply. I am happy to have some help with this insane series of BSOD. I will try these things as listed and report back if there are any changes. I also reseated the RAM into the other 2 unused slots (4 motherboard slots for 2 sticks of RAM) to see if it would help.
Another BSOD just now labeled as "Interrupt exception not handled" with bug check code 0x0000003d from driver nvlddmkm.sys. Please help, this is becoming unusable with BSOD occurring each hour. I am a student and need my computer for work.
Hello, I have a self-built PC that I have been using for about 2 years. I have had problems with BSOD in the past and recently reinstalled my operating system (Windows 7 64 bit) about 2 weeks ago. In the past few days I have been getting nonstop BSOD, about 5+ per day although not all are...
