I inadvertently saved a file to the wrong folder. When I did that the new file replaced the document of the same name in the folder that was still active on my save button. Is there anyway I can restore that file? Please advise Thank you

I cannot open "You Tube" or other video attacments - they freeze. I downloaded Adobe Flash with Internet Explorer (no 64 bits). Did not help Appreicate some help Thanks Rick
