    I'm running an intel core i5 processor (3.33 ghz 661) on a MSI H55M-E23 motherboard. I also have a sapphire radeon 6770 video card, 2x2gb Crucial Ballistix ram (1333mhz,9-9-9-24).Lastly a 1 terabyte Seagate barracuda hdd.

    Yes, exactly. Everything you mentioned is what I have been getting. Does your pc freeze like 3 seconds after the audio loop happens?

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Blue screen is often caused by faulty RAM. Try testing with Memtest86

    Thanks! Your report on the graphics driver further puts my suspicion that its the problem. I took my graphics card out of my old computer which seemed to crash with the same code alot. Here is the other info.

    I don't have Symantec/Norton but my old dump files were probably cleaned out by CCleaner. I'll post the next .dmp file I get along with the additional data.
