Welp...done and done. Followed your steps. Bing resurfaced. Went to set new tab, and selected blank page. The new tab showed Bing. On that new page, Customize did not show. Oh well.
I use Chrome as default and Firefox for creating/downloading my videos. (such as ) Still try to steer clear of using the taskbar to search for stuff, but every once in a while, I slip and use it....then cuss internally.
Well two days past the Reset, and 98% finished reinstalling everything, Very pleased with results. Everything is going great. EXCEPT File explorer is extremely slow. And When using it to view a folder, and trying to view a photo, I select Open With and everything freezes. GROAN
I am the only person using my PC in my study. My wife & kid (and cats) never use it. They have their own tools/toys. Instead of continually being prompted for admin permission to perform tasks or run various programs, is it possible to get Windows 10 to boot up already in Admin mode?
