Thanks.I,m afraid Ctrl F5 didn't help but what I did find was that it is normal on Google Chrome and only soft on IE Is there another Volumn control for Utube other than the one on the keborad?

Although my sound is fine in every other aspect it has suddenly gone very low on Utube videos even though the volume is at max.
