Nope, no joy here (1) I don't see a Devices Tab. Yes there is a CD/DVD drive. It shows up in a pull down list at the top of the program under the menu. This is WMP 12. (2) The change button does have a blue border and does nothing when I click it. Changing the quality or other options works...
