Sure...you pay for it.
Kidding aside...MS doesn't do "FREE" upgrades on there office suites. However, they do have deals which if you qualify for can get the office suite at a fraction of the cost.

If you cant afford it you could always try libreoffice, its gotten a lot better at handing .docx in recent years and is free of charge without adware/spyware/viruses/30 day trials.
