A liquid CPU cooler with three RGB fans and a display is shown installed inside a gaming PC.
Thermalright has put a new 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler on sale in China. The Dynamic Vision 360 ARGB has a 5-inch rotating screen on the pump block. Technetbook reports that it was released on JD. IT Home's report is dated October 9, 2026, and says it went on sale that day. This is a China-market listing. None of the material I reviewed establishes US pricing, US availability or a global rollout.

A liquid CPU cooler with three RGB fans and a display is shown installed inside a gaming PC. What was announced

IT Home says the black model starts at 549 yuan and the white model at 559 yuan. Technetbook adds rough US-dollar figures of about $76 and $78. Treat those as currency conversions, not US retail prices.

The cooler comes with a 5-year warranty. Thermalright's product page lists the same period. The material I reviewed doesn't say whether warranty terms differ by region.

The display

The display is the headline feature. Thermalright's product page lists a 5-inch screen at 854×480 resolution. IT Home identifies it as an IPS panel and says it rotates freely through 360 degrees. Technetbook adds a 157-degree viewing angle. Builders can adjust the screen angle to match their case layout.

The benefit is ergonomic. If your case mounts the radiator and pump in an awkward orientation, you can turn the screen so it reads upright through the side window. Rotation has nothing to do with cooling performance.

The sources don't establish these details:

  • Refresh rate, brightness and touch support.
  • What the screen can display.
  • Which software controls it.

Socket compatibility

Thermalright lists these desktop sockets:

  • Intel: LGA115X, LGA1200, LGA1700 and LGA1851.
  • AMD: AM4 and AM5.

Anything outside that list, such as workstation or server sockets, isn't covered. Check your exact socket before ordering.

Physical fit

For case planning, Thermalright's listed dimensions are:

PartDimensions
Radiator397 × 120 × 27 mm
Pump block69.2 × 69.2 × 60 mm
Fans (each)120 × 120 × 25 mm

Thermalright's page warns buyers to make sure the chassis has enough clearance for the cooler's installation height. It also says to leave room for tall memory modules.

The 397 mm radiator length is the number to check against your case's top or front radiator mount. Don't assume a "360" label guarantees a fit. The sources give no tubing length. If the radiator sits at the top, check how the pump block's 60 mm height interacts with your RAM.

Pump and fan ratings

The pump is rated at up to 3,000 RPM (±10%), runs on 12 V DC and connects through a 4-pin PWM connector. The radiator is aluminum.

The cooler includes three TL-U12Q fans. Thermalright's maximum ratings for each fan are:

  • Speed: 2,400 RPM (±10%).
  • Airflow: 74.4 CFM.
  • Static pressure: 2.2 mm H₂O.
  • Noise: 34.59 dBA.

The fans have 4-pin PWM and 3-pin 5 V ARGB connectors, and dual ball bearings. These are manufacturer maximums. They don't describe typical noise or temperatures under load, and no independent benchmarks were found.

IT Home says the box includes TF7 thermal paste rated at 12.8 W/mK. I didn't find that figure on the Thermalright specification page I reviewed, so treat it as IT Home's claim.

Don't confuse it with the Pro model

Thermalright launched a different cooler in July 2026, the Dynamic Vision PRO 360. Guru3D describes it as having a 5.5-inch LCD at 960 × 540 pixels. It also adds dedicated VRM cooling. KitGuru reports a pump speed of up to 6800RPM.

The new non-Pro model has a smaller 5-inch screen, a 3,000 RPM pump and three separate fans. It has no VRM fan in the specifications I saw. If you're shopping, check that the listing says "PRO" or doesn't. The names are close, and so are the prices of some marketplace listings.

Software caveat for Windows users

Thermalright's TRCC software is its control tool for digital-display coolers, and the company's support page lists Windows 7 through 11 as supported. That page's compatibility list doesn't name this exact model. I can't confirm that TRCC will customize this display, or what it can show, until Thermalright publishes a model-specific manual or an updated compatibility list. Check before you buy if screen customization matters to you.

Bottom line

This is a modestly priced 360 mm AIO with a large adjustable screen and broad AM4, AM5 and Intel socket support. Whether its cooling and noise ratings hold up needs independent testing, and that testing isn't available yet. For now, verify your socket, radiator clearance and RAM height. If you're outside China, wait for confirmed regional pricing and availability.
