Using a Russian to English translator (looking towards Russia of course), I see that along with the July 13th sign-off, there is a July 24th availability on Connect. Guess we can see if the RC's are upgradable as soon as July 24th.;)

On Connect...? That doesn't really sound right, does it? Connect is a place for public beta testing, why would they put a final version there? :)

Connect has sevral different account options. You will only be able to download if you are on the correct Windows 7 beta testing section. It will not be available publicly.

I would not imagine there will be a server problem. Unlike the previous Beta release, this is not a Public release and the downloaders will be a small percentage.

It will be a significantly smaller yes, but there are still a large number of appropriate members.. ;)
