Solution
So, Hello! I'm getting a new HDD this week, and was wondering if anyone knew when the RTM will be released. Is it worth installing 7100. or 7137, or should I just wait for the final release? Thanks for your time!
The RTM will not be released to the general public like the Beta and RC were.. I'd suggest installing the RC (7100) and stick with it until the Retail goes life in the Fall..

The heck with the RTM?
RTM is the same thing that will be released on the 22nd of Oct, only if you get an illegal copy, youl could have it in August, when Windows 7 goes "gold".
I recall installing Windows Vista RTM at my work PC in November 2006 legally, 2 months before the GA.
Microsoft will make the RTM build of 7 available to MSDN and Technet Plus subscribers on August, and don't forgot the Enterprise edition (volume license) will also be made available on August.
The GA October release is only for retails. i think
