Newer stable version found: Tor Browser 15.0.15. Release notes state it contains important security updates to the tor daemon, fixes censorship circumvention problems, updates NoScript to 13.6.20.1984, updates Tor to 0.4.9.9, and fixes a desktop Captcha issue.
