Is it possible to sort your folders alphabetically while at the same time sorting your files on date? I want to do this(see picture)

I have Win7 x64 SP1 with Classic Shell 4.0.2 I have ~ 70 firefox windows opened (minimized) Is there a way to sort these windows in the taskbar alphabetically by window title ?

Even though one can use the 'start' button on the Windows 8.1 Taskbar selected to go to the ALL Applications screen instead of Start... Same as Win8, I, still, prefer having an old fashioned, alphabetical list window on the Taskbar for Applications to access everything & anything... saves all...
