I was writing some basic batch code and discovered F11 and ALT+ENTER worked to maximize cmd. However, if you spammed it fast enough, you could see something that looks a bit like windows 7 pop up at the minimize and maximize buttons. can someone explain this?
If I press alt-shift-x, where x is some alphabetic key, Windows 8 treats this as alt-x instead. Does anybody know why this might be happening ? I know that the shift key is working since in Windows 7 it works properly.

I'm using a Mac keyboard on Windows 8. Is anyone else doing this? On a Mac with a Mac keyboard, the command + x button would be cut, but on a Max keyboard on a PC, it's control.
With that said, does anyone know what Control, Alt, Delete would be in this case?
