    Windows 10 Windows 10 freaking out

    I have a number or problems with Windows 10. I just did the upgrade from Windows 7. 1. The login screen freezing up. I got this to work by luck. You have 5 to 10 seconds to going into msconfig to put into safe mode. In safe mode I run my anti rook kit software and found 1 root kit virus...

    Windows 8 anti malware

    I use Defender with Win 8.1 and MBAM. I also use Spyware Blaster am behind a router. Since I have added SUPERAntiSpyware I find a lot of pups and tracking cookies. MBAM does not have a quick scan any more - it is a 5 minute threat scan. I know I can uncheck tracking cookies and pups from SAS...

    Just tried Microsoft Safety Scanner and I'm impressed, runs on 32 & 64-bit OS and its configurable also its standalone (Note: only lasts 10 days, then you need to download it again as to update of its anti-malware definitions. I think its great as a second opinion ... it is not a replacement for...

    Windows 7 Icons corrupted

    Hi, I'm looking for some advice on this problem, I've just installed a new monitor and it's working fine but all of my desktop icons are now corrupted with an overprint of a file icon. I've tried a system restore with no effect also tried altering the icon in properties but it stays the same...
