I'm wanting an app to use my laptop as a home security video device. I have done some browsing and don't really know what the better ones are. Doesn't have to be free. Recommendations? Or say forums where I might find an answer to this question?

And I do mean really simple, e.g. I use MS Notepad for simple text documents. I don't have Microsoft Word or Excel. I am on Windows 10. Mike

For the past few weeks when I download my pictures from my SD card to my desktop they are not showing up in my pictures folder. They are on the app but not transfering over to the folder. Any ideas?
