    Windows 7 one program altering another program

    Ok, so basically my teamspeak 3 client is lowering my media player sound when someone is talking. I've spend 2 hours playing with TS3 settings but have not met any luck. So i was wondering is there any way I can not allow TS3 to mess with my media player? (somehow block access or something?)...
