    Windows 7 external monitor lg black border

    I just upgraded to Win 7 HP 64 and know nothing....yet. Previously my external monitor (SyncMaster 203B) 16/32 bit connected no problem with the full display showing (previous OS Vista HP 32 bit). Now...a 2" in. black border surrounds the window. Samsungs Auto-Adjust made no improvment. Samsungs...
