auto open

Win7, 64 bit. When I insert a USB into my desktop computer, it doesn't auto open. However, when I insert it in my Win 7 laptop it does auto open. I would like to set my desktop computer so it auto opens a USB.

I don't really know what could be causing this problem, and it's kind of specific so I don't know what to search for on the internet. Something on my computer is opening web pages in my default browser (chrome) very often, with the frequency ranging from opening once every hour, to opening it 10...

Windows 7 Startup folder allows you to open a file when starting the computer, but I seldom shut off my computer. Instead, I would like a file to open every time I put in the password to bring it out of sleep mode. Is that possible?

Hello Here my first question on this forum I have a pc with a front door and the burning sw included with windows 7 auto open the dvd tray when clicking on the dvd drive or burning tool. So the tray will be damaged. I can't find a solution for this. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance...
