After upgrading to windows 10 from windows 8 a few days ago I started getting BSODs every day at random times. Most of them have been the BAD_POOL_CALLER but the latest one was a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (nvlddmkm.sys). Any help would be appreciated.
New 8.1 install, Works fine except when printing in MS Office. I can print through other applications without crashing. The main cause seems to be BAD_POOL_CALLER , though I am not sure what to fix. Any thoughts?
I filled out my system specs and am including the requested files as instructed (includes dump files). Since last week, I have gotten a few BSODs. All but one (0x1000008e KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) were 0x000000c2 BAD_POOL_CALLER. Both types were apparently caused by Windows system files...
This has been going on for a few months now and I have tried a number of things. At first I thought it just seemed to happen randomly when I used the internet that I would open a new page and just get an immediate blue screen with the message "BAD_POOL_CALLER".
However, after some observation...

just built a new gaming computer last christmas and have been plagued with random BSODs, lately they have become so frequent that i just couldnt stand it any more. i ran bluescreen viewer and most of them point to a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT but there is also NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL...
~Solved, Thanks TorrentG!~
Recently formatted computer to Win7 Ultimate, installed a few programs and nothing else:
Firefox, Paint.NET, Windows Live Messenger 2011
Not very good with computers, but saw that about a minute after opening Firefox OR Internet Explorer, I would get the Blue Screen...
