It would appear that some Win 10 users are having issues with update KB3020114. Microsoft have posted an official solution on the Windows Insider Hub:

I have always run both Windows 8 and 8.1 on a netbook as I don't own any big laptops. It is a well known fact that Metro Apps cannot run on netbooks because of the low screen resolution. Until now that is. I recently installed Windows 10 and upgraded to Build9879 and to my surprise all of the...
I have installed Windows 10 Tech Preview 32 bit Build 9879. Yet I have found there is no way at all to change the network settings from Public Network to Private. On Windows 8.1 you could do this by going to PC Settings and clicking on the network but this does not work at all in Windows 10 . I...

Windows 8 was the first modern Windows version to come without a Start menu, a change which not only confused many Windows 7 users planning to upgrade, but that also affected adoption of Microsoft's new product.
What also happened was a rapid growth of the third-party software market for...
MS does not want you to use Classic Shell in build 9879, and will block you from installing it.
But you can beat the blocking by simply renaming the installer.
I couldn't help but broke out laughing when I read that "work around" part. So easy and simple it's comical...
This scenario happens in other OSs as well, but my question is on Win 10 TP.
Why KB3016656 appears in Programs and Features > View installed updates, but not in Windows Update > View update history ?
I have Build 9879 Enterprise clean installed with ISO. No left-overs from previous builds.
My settings have always been....... dd/MM/yyyy....... ex.16/11/2014
I can't change it on this build 9879. It stays at 2014-11-16 no matter what changes I made.
I made the change into this.....
Afterwards, it shows this.....
Am I the only one or is this another bug of Win 10 TP ?
Build 9879 re-installed about 2 days ago.
Tried to open Windows Feedback and I got this.....
So, I clicked Windows Insider Preview Porgramme ink and I got this......
Hell, no. One pc is enough.
What's up with that ?
adding..... forgot to mention that clicking the Reload did absolutely nothing.

This iso, as promised, is now available for download.
Be aware that when enabling the download it starts off hidden and one has to enable the 'Hidden Items' checkbox to make sure it's downloading ok. Although one can also follow the download by viewing the Black Status Bar on the Technet page...
