My settings have always been....... dd/MM/yyyy....... ex.16/11/2014
I can't change it on this build 9879. It stays at 2014-11-16 no matter what changes I made.

I made the change into this.....
An image from 'change calendar settings'. The images show a date format setting as dd/MM/yyyy and a system date as 2014-11-16.



Afterwards, it shows this.....

Am I the only one or is this another bug of Win 10 TP ?
