    Windows 7 With RAM what's better? Size or Speed?

    Hey guys, I'm going to get a new Laptop and decided to sell some old 1GB Laptop sized RAM to make up some cash so I can get a few extra goodies. (MORE RAM) Then I wondered, would I like a 2GB 800MHz DDR2 unit or a 3GB 667MHz DDR2 unit? In other words, what is more useful/which would I rather...
