I have Win 7 . I signed up for the Win 10 upgrade , as I understood it would download , and then ask for confirmation before installing . It appears that it will install straight after downloading - right ? My Win Update will always try to start downloading it ( and I then cancel it manually ) ...
Win 10 downloaded on one of my machines and has gotten to a point where it requires that I schedule an update. Is there anyway to override or cancel this forced update. I may not have time to prepare for this magic event!

I am stuck at this screen..by mistake I realized I wasn't downloading the ISO but rather initiating the upgrade on my daily use computer.
How can I get rid of this technical preview update?
I really need to cancel it and use the computer, I only did it to see if it'd solve a problem with updating a game. If I were to turn off the computer would my computer be okay? Or is there a way to cancel it with a command? Like Ctrl+escp or something.
When i try to browse the internet, I type the address in the address box and it tries to load the come up with redirecting, please click here to not redirected for about half a second, then navigation cancels!
