    Hi, My new laptop PC is a Dell Latitude E5400 and Windows 7 RC1 is detecting a "Ricoh R/RL/5C476(II) or Compatible CardBus Controller" under the PCMCIA Adapters heading in Device Manager however when I plug in my ExpressCard 34 sound card it does not seem to get any power (there are lights on...
