    Windows 7 How can I adjust the appearance of my open windows in Windows 7 Professional

    I would like to be able to see all my open windows in different formats from stacked, cascaded and side-by-side and in different versions/degrees of translucence. What kind of software should I look for - and does anyone have any recommendations?

    Windows 7 Can't open minimized windows on taskbar

    Whenever I hover over an open application to open one of it's windows that minimized, the preview flickers and I can't reopen it. I can get to those windows by choosing Cascade Windows or one of those other options but I can't open them when I click on the application. Any ideas?
