    Windows 8 Trouble Burning CDs on Samsung Laptop After Windows 8.1 Upgrade

    hi ..i have a samsung laptop just over a year old ..when i try to burn cds on media player it does everything it should ,but when i try to play the discs on cd player or dvd player it just shows disc error .ive tried 3 or 4 different burning software programs and 3 different types of cdr discs...
