hi ..i have a samsung laptop just over a year old ..when i try to burn cds on media player it does everything it should ,but when i try to play the discs on cd player or dvd player it just shows disc error .ive tried 3 or 4 different burning software programs and 3 different types of cdr discs including verbatim.ive had the computer back to the shop for 2 weeks for repair but they couldnt find anything wrong with it all they did was clean the lense ..the problem seemed to start when i upgraded to windows 8.1 so refreshed it back to windows 8 but no joy..has anyone else had this problem ?.can anyone help please ..thanks ..john

Are you talking about a cd (dvd) player that is part of the computer or some other stand alone product?snip ...,but when i try to play the discs on cd player or dvd player it just shows disc error
