I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 7 on a newly-assembled PC. Windows 7 boots fine, but it cannot find a hard drive, even though BIOS sees the drive. Here's my specifics:
- I am using a Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H motherboard.
- My LG blue ray player is connected to SATA2_0. It works fine...

I have recently upgraded from windows XP Home to Windows 7 Home Premium. In XP I had no problem getting all my audio to come out of my 5.1 surround speakers and all was dandy. Ever since I upgraded I have faced the issue of various applications not making use of all channels.
