    Windows 8 Can't open network window

    Whenever I try to open the connect window, either by the charm icon or wherever, the screen flashes grey and the entire charm and taskbar sort of "reloads." This wouldn't be an issue if the wifi window opened, which it doesn't. I can't view networks to connect to. Any suggestions?

    Windows 8 Are Win+Q and Win+S identical under 8.1 RTM?
