    Windows 10 Civilizations Beyond Earth = Application Failed To Initialize 0xc0000142

    Getting this error only on this game. Civ V works fine. Civ BE works fine on my Win7 installation on this same computer. This has failed on Win10 TP and now on Win10 official clean install.     Windows 7 Gaming related BSODs, probably direct X
