I've tried solutions given on other similar questions on this forum, but no solution. Every now and then, the Windows 7 taskbar just freezes... I can't click on any of the taskbar icons, the windows clock freezes, if I hover over any of the taskbar icons they won't "glow", etc., and clicking...
