The How-To Geek tipped me off to some odd behavior he noticed while taking Flash 10.1 beta for a spin. Every time he viewed Flash content in his browser, the disk would start thrashing with an alarming amount of access to NPSWF32.dll as pictured below.

Hi, as my title suggests, I have been randomly getting BSoD's. Most times they occour on the login screen, or a few minuites after login, and a few times after it has been running for several hours, Infact this is the second time I have written this.
My system specs are:

i've tried 7 32bit 64bit.. and all the games that i play.. counter-strike:source, left4dead, cod:modern warfare, and now modern warfare2... all games crash after about 5-10minutes of play..

Every hour or so, sometimes even within 10 minutes, the computer will shut down to the blue screen. It seems to shut down when I'm using firefox while downloading/installing something, but it also has shutdown down randomly by itself. Device manager says video and sound drivers are up to date...
