    Windows 7 New socket for AMD

    As the title suggests a report in Dailytech reveal AMDs plans for a new socket which will herald the start of DDR3 and 8-12 core processors! More info' is here: Link Removed - Invalid URL The only thing is though, software is only 'just' starting to utilise two cores let alone 12...Thoughts...
