Windows 10 7.52GB of 5GB used but OneDrive shows empty folder

I am trying to view the backups of my Lumia 640 on OneDrive. When I login to the site it says 7.52GB out of 5GB used (???) but shows an empty folder. Are the backups hidden? Is there a way to reveal them?

    Windows 10 Partition query.

Since new my Samsung R540 laptop has had two partitions, C for programs and D for data. I decided to replace the (slow) HDD with a SSD, and in the cloning process somehow everything was put into one partition. Is there any advantage in having separate partitions for programs and data?
