    Windows 8 Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing Issues on Dell N5010 After Windows 8.1 Upgrade

    My Dell N5010 used to have BT until I upgraded from 7 to 8.1. I just scanned with my phone for a BT device and it found the laptop. However, when I try to pair my phone with it I gt a message that there is a problem with BT 's key or password. Do you have any ideas?
