For a surprising number of Windows systems, the guilty party behind intermittent stutters, dropped frames, and mysteriously sluggish behaviour isn’t a CPU pegged at 100% or a full SSD — it’s the tiny, sub-millisecond interruptions inside the kernel that LatencyMon can expose and quantify in...

I have an ASUS X556UR notebook connected to a home WiFi. Everything was fine, apart from rare disconnects (computer losing router, which I thought to be signal stength/distance issue at the time).
However 2 weeks ago my internet got a lot worse. Basically now I have occasional 2-7 seconds ping...

They had been around 9ms max.
The service was POWER.
Can anyone rationalize this for me?
What does POWER do? It doesn't seem to have any dependencies or needs.
All I could find...
Anyone else on here using the yahoo widget Surius Satellite radio tuner?I am trying to see if anyone can corroberate an odd escalating CPU usage by this widget. When it is first started you get the low 6-7% CPU you would expect from simple streaming audio but after being on for an hour or two...
