I upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago and found that the "emoji" keyboard isn't appearing on the taskbar
Would it have anything to do with my language settings? Cortana isn't supported by my language so I thought the "emoji" keyboard would be the same
Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks...
