    Windows 7 Langue bar does not appear and/or shows wrong languages

    Hi everyone, This is my first post here so I'm hoping that I'll do everything right! I've checked the forum (and google...) and this question doesn't seem to have been asked/answered. If it has, sorry for this. So, basically, I would like to have my language bar showing 2 languages FR/EN US...
