I get this message during boot. If I click on "Enter", the boot continues normally. I also have lost the System Tray icon which allows you to disconnect external hardware safely. I've tried the bootrec command but it does nothing to fix the problems.
I cant say I've ever actually seen my BSOD, but Windows claims to be recovering from one.
