    Windows 10 CPU constantly at 100% in task manager. But Displaying 1% in core temp?

    Hi there, the CPU is constantly displaying 100% in windows task manager > users tab. However when I try other 3rd party programs the CPU is displaying correctly at idle 1%. Is this a bug? Or is there any way to fix it? I am sure the CPU is at 1% when left idle. Core temps readings
