    Windows 7 Programs not opening

    Hi, Recently my laptop won't open any programs. Skype, Itunes, Steam, they just won't open. Firefox / Internet Explorer are the only ones that work but they can't play flash files without crashing.     Windows 7 VPN disconnecting

    I have 2 VPN connections. First is fine but second disconnects every time I start video or flash file and it keep disconnecting every 5-20 seconds while I watch video. This is very strange, first VPN connection have absolutely same settings and it never disconnects. What to do?
