    Windows 7 FEAR Installs, Runs, and locks frames at <20!

    Ok.. So I play F.E.A.R. from time to time online.. My issue is that although install is sweet, it starts up and runs fine for about 1-2 minutes. Until it randomly drops my frames to something like 11-12 fps and sticks there. Nothing fixes it. Build 7100. All latest drivers, updates, etc...
