About this tag
The GMKtec EVO-X1 Pro is a compact Windows 11 Pro mini PC featuring AMD's Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor, 64GB of soldered LPDDR5X memory, dual M.2 slots, dual 2.5GbE ports, and OCuLink support. Priced around $1,599 for the 1TB configuration, it offers substantial CPU performance and connectivity, but its Radeon 890M integrated graphics are not suited for high-end gaming at that price point. Discussions on WindowsForum highlight its strengths as a CPU-heavy workstation with an upgrade path, rather than a dedicated gaming machine. The tag covers user experiences, performance expectations, and considerations for potential buyers evaluating this mini PC for productivity or light gaming.
