    Windows 10 net framework

    hi, i'm on windows 10 and when i go to task manager, i see that net framework is using 100% of my GPU, i know that i need it for some programs but i don't want it to be on everytime. And when i end the task, it come back after +/- 5 mins. Can i stop it to start automaticly and how can i enable...
