    Windows 7 Video Playback question.

    Hi. I'm new, here. I have a question, though, about video playback, on Windows 7. From time to time, (Which is really frequent), during video playback, annoying little green rectangles keep popping up, for around a split second. It's an annoying blink, and, I have a question, about that...
