how do i customize desktop from my current pic as shown below to the other one after that. to this shows below i want the grid verison . complete nice one. recommend any tutorial or something like that if you know.

How in the world can I make the icons stick to their spot on the grid? I find that when I finish with my e-mail and return to the main screen, some of the icons have shifted. I return them to their spot only to find it happen the next time I leave and return. Aarrgghh! TIA, cgriggs
